Doug, what a great short list for “Work on the Business (not in the business)”. Especially relevant is “hire a commission only sales force”. Just this week I learned a client of mine has recently lost big on a salaried sales person.

Thanks for the comment. Now is the time to hire a commission only sales force (Offline #5). To help insure success here, you need to create a good flow of leads to feed this sales force and then let them work these leads.
